Pros
- Management cares about the wellbeing of the employees - Awesome work colleagues for the most part - Amazing bistro food, although less relevant in a work from home environment though - Lots of opportunity to learn
Cons
- The core platform/product has become extremely bloated and difficult to maintain. Developers loathe working on it. - The company is too eager to please customers and deliver whatever they ask for even when it is completely unreasonable. I have lost count of how many one-off initiatives for specific customers the company has chosen to do. - Recent new projects have either been rushed, lacked direction, or a combination of both. This is mostly an upper management problem. I could not stress how demoralizing this is to the engineers working on these projects. - Exodus of top talent
