      - Team spirit in multiple teams - Flexible time like nowhere else - Bistro with incredible food - Christmas party (ever had Supertramp at your Christmas party?) - Have the biggest challenges you'll find in software development - Incredibly good vibes - So many different teams with different use cases and various business domains - Genetec Culture values mental and physical health

      - Salaries are on the low side for companies in this league - Vacation could be higher (3 weeks by default, 4 after 5 years) - Heavy politics between departments
