I work as a professional and always thought I was making a competitive salary at Genetec. In 2 years since I left the company I was able to DOUBLE my compensation. In 8 years as a Genetec employee my ex-boss brainwashed me that there was no better company. I pretty much sacrificed my time and ALOT of money in believing this. This company has a culture that thinks they are better than everyone else, but in reality I've had far better employment since my departure. There is NO family life balance here; do not believe those reviews. Your real family will suffer at this companies expense. As proof, Genetec is a software (IT) company that doesnt allow you to work from home!!!!
