Cons
1- for some ppl you feel like you begin it from all over again, specially if you are expert in your area 2- some departments works in relaxed atmosphere where some is usually under pressure 3- a lot of arrogant ppl 4- no communication and you ve to struggle to get a right info 5- teamwork is almost does not exist here
