Pros
Pay, vacation plan, diverse portfolio and employee base. People cared about the business and each other.
Cons
Fractured management for last five years. Senior hires came and went without adding value and actually hurting culture. Hiring @ VP level not a strength. Major culture building effort undermined by "leaders" brought into the company. Legal oversight high.
