Pros

-Flexible working (pre and during Covid) -Good management depending on which department you worked in -Strategic managers and leaders depending on which department you worked in -Sense of being in one company whether you worked in a local or global role; strong ‘One GSK’ mindset

Cons

-Often a toxic work culture. In global roles during Covid there was often no respite for employees who had to work long hours to deliver on projects despite what was going on in the world -Senior managers who encourage a culture of overworking I.e. working on holidays and weekends -Lack of empathy from senior managers -Lack of psychological safety culture for employees to speak up about how they are feeling

Pros

Can't emphasize enough how approachable, non-judgmental, and supportive the team is, both managers and colleagues. Everyone genuinely cares about your holistic professional development and growth.

Cons

This may seem unrealistic, but I genuinely did not have a single negative experience during my time here.
