      Pros

      Great benefits: healthcare and tuition reimbursement are top notch. Decent facilities: the age of the labs vary greatly. Most are in pretty good shape though.

      Cons

      Lots of changes leading to lots of uncertainty. Job security is constantly questioned, which makes it hard to stay motivated.
