      Competitive comp & benefits, good location, easy to commute

      Cons

      Very political environment. Promotion is based on personal relationship entirely. Arrogance & ignarance are the good descriptors for senior management. There is no integrity and transparency though which are labeled as "corporate values".

      Fast paced work and a lot of very driven co-workers that are passionate about the work they do and delivering medicines to patients

      Cons

      re-organization decimated the company culture. takes a long time to move up with the company. pay is considerably less compared to what other companies pay for role.
