Pros
Work/life balance is good, benefits are good, locations are desirable. As long as they keep an active pipeline or acquire other pharma companies GSK is a stable place to work.
Cons
Not good at initiating and maintaining departments that are not focused solely on the creation and marketing of pharmaceutical products.
