      Provides independence in projects and tasks, high levels of accountability and opportunities for growth, recognition and initiatives. The environment is highly competitive but accommodating.

      Cons

      Small departments and strict controls in certain areas. The location of the head office is a cause for concern as it is based in the factory itself, in a highly industrial area.
