Pros
Long term stability, respectful company culture, management is open and patient. A lot of very kind people. Work environment is friendly. Introducing a lot of startup type perks (free juices, ping-pong table, choose your own laptop)
Cons
If you are an IT person, it's a bit behind in tech (but is earnestly working on catching up). Many projects still use very old tools. You will learn patience here.
