      Pros

      Great training, smart people, given lots of responsibility quickly and interesting work. Would recommend any engineer starting out here after college.

      Cons

      Heavy workload - You need to be ready to work a lot of hours to meet tight/challenging deadlines. Lots of red tape to get things done.
