Decent place to work - Account Coordinator/Customer Service Representative FreshPoint Employee Review

The schedule could be better. Would be nice to not work every weekend. It seems like management has their favorites and only promotes those who they like instead of those who are most dedicated. Some coworkers are very territorial and have an 'us and them' mentality. Instead of providing great customer service to all, they pick and choose for whom they will make exceptions. We have a lot of responsibilities and our pay doesn't reflect that.
