Thank you for sharing your thoughts and for the time you spent with Foundever. We understand that transitions, like the shift from Sykes to Foundever, can bring about big changes—and not all of them feel positive. While it's tough to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, feedback like this helps us reflect and improve. We regularly review our compensation practices to stay competitive and use tools like the MAX annual survey and Idea Collector to surface concerns around culture, fairness, and growth. Your input has been noted and will be passed along to help inform ongoing efforts to strengthen the associate experience. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
