Pros

Pay is decent and some of my coworkers were awesome humans.

Cons

You don't get your pay on time. I ended up having so many issues with this. Either someone in HR is clueless or they just do not care about paying you. They lie about pay raises. Don't let them trick you into believing it's a lucrative company. They do not care about your family, including but not limited to a death in the family.

We’re glad to hear you had a positive connection with some of your teammates and found the compensation fair. As someone who has worked at Foundever for over five years, I personally have not experienced delayed paychecks, and I know how important reliable and timely pay is for all associates. That said, every experience is valid, and when someone encounters payroll or HR-related challenges, it’s something we take seriously. We have systems in place to support resolution of those issues, and we also encourage associates to use resources like our MAX annual survey, Idea Collector, and EverConnect engagement platform to voice concerns and contribute to meaningful improvements. Your feedback will be shared with the appropriate teams to support our ongoing efforts to strengthen the associate experience. Jasmin at Foundever

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
