Pros

Corporate position offered a flexible working schedule

Cons

Foundever (formerly Sitel) has frequent director & sr. leadership turnover putting inexperienced sr. leaders into place. North America jobs are also beginning to be sent offshore unless required by the client contract to be in NA. Compensation is under industry standards and I have been privy to meetings where they pulled back company-wide increases to support profit margins. Company standard is no raises but rather market adjustments every 2-3 years. Benefits package is underwhelming offering high costs on med/dental, no stock or match options, Foundever (formerly Sitel) has also undergone 3 company initiatives and 1 rebranding in my 3 years employed, showing a lack of direction overall for the organization. This leaves the company culture in constant disarray an confusion

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
