Pros

There is no Pros I could find in the company.

Cons

It is a Syndicate of people who are working from 5 years, 10 years, and 18 years. Though, they are very less in numbers. It is a great place to work only for those people. HRBP will not take any action against any Sr. Manager, Directors, who is have been working at Foundever from more than 5 years. If you are new in the company, you will feel very Claustrophobic because, they want your dependency on them and you will not be allowed to speak, or take decisions or bring any change.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
