Pros
some of the people who train you are amazing. Work from home opportunity. Nice office, with snack room, rest area and secured.
Cons
Some people who train you don’t seem to want to be there. Inconsistency in training and agreed upon policy practices. When working from home, unable to get assistance from coach or any team leaders the system they had in place for contacting support from the coaches and team leaders did not work most of the time. A lot of people saying one thing teaching you one way only to find out it was incorrect and having to learn a new way made things very frustrating and confusing. When I became sick, I would call out to confirm that I was sick only for the general manager to call me on a day that I was not working on the weekend. I did not realize they called me. They did not leave a message so when I came into work on Monday, I found out that I had been terminated because I did not respond on Saturday, which was my day off, but I called and got confirmation from my coach and everything was OK on our end, but the general manager did not have my back and just seem to want to get me fired. I was extremely sick and bedridden. Did not give me the opportunity to get doctors note and not give me a warning like I was taught in training no warning given just termination for being sick..
