Pros

The pay is good enough to get by which makes working here worth it. I have met some great people working here.

Cons

Management is honestly the most unstructured of the entire operations. The management here does not appreciate hard workers. I was told that it is very easy to move up within the company with little experience. This is only true to those who take no pride in their work. The people who goof around, sleep with management or other departments are the employees who seem to be able to do no wrong. While myself and a few others are working to keep departments a float.I have been to the HR department multiple times with hardly any follow up. It's time to report this to ethics and compliance.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
