      Pros

      They hire anyone off the street. Easy job to get.

      Cons

      Scheduling is never the same. If you have to be off without giving 2 or 3 weeks notice and approval they give demerits.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
