Pros

there is no pro's except its money

they are constantly showing favortism im having to claim bankrupcy due to not enough pay. I use to be a mentor part supervisor worked hard for one year to become a coach and they were fast tracking NEW agents that had been here a month to coach positions instead. there is alot of favortism in this company and no leadership. Everybody wonders why we have high turnover rates well here you go the pay stinks and management is not worth anything. Me included ive been here for 2 years and still looking for another job and sad part is i use to love my job

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
