      Pros

      Has great HMO benefits and probably highest in the market. Stable and top BPO performer in the region. Always busy.

      Cons

      There's poor HR management and people development plans. Lack of management supervision and numerous layoffs and resignations due to low morale.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
