Pros

If you are good at licking butt crack than its a place for you. Like policy is king. You don't need to know nothing to be promoted. As long as they like you.

Cons

Write ups, gossiping, its a terrible company to work for. They use people like toilet tissues. They are good at dehumanizing a person, they where cruel, they had hearts of stones, they are snakes, two face, and management enjoyed playing employees against each other like the hunger game. That place is stinking place of pompano. That $13 an hour is not worth their stupid mind games. Worst call center in pompano.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
