A Decent Company to Start Working From Home - Customer Service Representative Foundever Employee Review

Pros

Easy interview and assessment process that takes about a week from date of applying to being hired. Flexible schedules to choose from. Most of the campaigns are seasonal, but if you have decent metrics and good attendance, you will be offered a position with another campaign. For the non-seasonal campaigns, you are offered health, dental and vision insurance that have decent rates.

Cons

Pay is on the lower side which is why I recommend as a starter company to work from home to gain experience.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
