Pros

Been working for this company for a little over nine months, and it's been going down hill to the point I'm searching for another job. Hour lunches are if the day is medium to slow in production.

Cons

The hours that you are set, is hard to get out of them. When I first started, everyone used to get one weekend day off. That changed. Now, mostly everyone I know works weekends and gets their days off during the week. While they have those working seniority having both days off during the weekend. It's not fair. No raises, no holiday pay.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
