Pros

Work from convenience of home. Only equipment needed was high speed internet and monitor...all other equipment was supplied.

Cons

Coaches changed quite frequently. Staffing was not handled the best, company would allow others to leave work early which would lead to non stop back to back calls for the associates left working. Stressful at times. Have to complete calls and notes plus ending message within a certain time or you would have someone messaging you asking what is taking too long.. the goal for this was not realistic.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
