Pros

Gym at the premises (even though there is no time to use it.)

Cons

The worst experience of my professional career. No organization, no structure on developing a strategy. I was loaded with more and more tasks over time that some days I had no time to take a lunch break. When I asked for salary increase due to the extended workload they stalled me for months, it of course created friction (professionally of course) and ended up with no pay raise. Senior management praises and covers agents handling rare languages no matter how unethical they get, while ignoring the rest. It’s all quantity over quality. Facilities are barely holding up with the number of people. When the project needs to grow there is always a rush on where to fit the agents, therefore they keep moving the workspaces around. Gym operates after the midday — opens around 2 and closes at 6. When exactly do I go and exercise while I work 8 hours straight, covering the gym hours?? This company mentally and physically damaged me. Not recommended at all.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
