Pros
Good salary - competitive benefits - encouraging of associates to become involved in the community - providing numerous opportunities for volunteering (Meals on Wheels, Hands on Greenville, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, etc.)
Cons
Because of the company's size, one tends to get "pigeon-holed" into a specific job duty, specifically for women. It can be challenging to get male supervisors to promote women into lead positions.
