      Pros

      Competitive salary and benefits, great people. I worked mostly in the office doing design work and enjoyed it. Within the EPC sector in Calgary the experience was first-rate.

      Cons

      Like everything related to oil and gas, the last few years have been less stable which was stressful. Outlook for the industry is still mediocre at best.
