Pros
Best thing in Fluor is it's working hours. No company provides alternative Friday off, except Fluor. All employees are very cooperative and sharp minded. It's a very good experience to start the career from this company.
Cons
No canteen in the office, to have a good snacks break. To work on Contractual basis is worst here, as company can remove employees anytime as per the project.
