9/80 work schedule. Project based incentive programs. Cafeteria, gym, and Starbucks on campus. Friendly managers. 5 weeks of vacation from the start.
Cons
Lack of work. Relatively low starting salary. Insurance is pitiful. Old building that needs to be renovated. Cubicle farm with half cubes hardly big enough to spread out a couple 11x17's.
