Pros
The company has a good HR department with getting you through the process of getting hired. Also getting your money and R&R in Logcap was a very strong priority.
Cons
The company did not seemed to have the right people for the jobs in the Logcap area. Allot of people using the who you know to get jobs instead of what you know. So the contract was really hurting in allot of different areas.
