      Little work life balance and a lot of mandatory overtime called, difficult to get approved days off. Very rigid work hours and days

      Pros

      FedEx was an amazing place to work. I had only worked there for about 2 months before I ran into some major medical issues that caused me to be out for 3 months straight. FedEx/management was extremely supportive as they were right by my side the entire time. When I came back it was like returning to family.
