      The work itself is rewarding. Really loved my teammates.

      Cons

      Leadership! Good luck getting support from your manager, most are just “yes” men/women with no spines. Lack of planning from leadership typically ends with extra work for the grunts.

      Pros

      FedEx was an amazing place to work. I had only worked there for about 2 months before I ran into some major medical issues that caused me to be out for 3 months straight. FedEx/management was extremely supportive as they were right by my side the entire time. When I came back it was like returning to family.
