      Pros

      Consistent hours, potential yearly raise, opportunity to promote, over time usually available, insurance.

      Cons

      Management is pretty inconsistent, tense environment, a lot of corporate drop-ins, and very high performance expectations. Upper Management is unsympathetic to family emergencies and anything reported to HR is not anonymous. High turn over.
