Pros
If you have a good manager and team it can be a good experience. Insurance benefits are solid and not too expensive. Discounts with FedEx and other companies can be nice.
Cons
Management is make or break. I had both good and bad store managers and even district managers. A LOT of favoritism when it comes to who gets promotions rather than on merit alone. Pay is pretty low for the amount of work and crap you’ll put up with.
