Pros
Very committed employees; many of the people I work with have been with FedEx for decades. For me, it has been a great opportunity for building experience and exposure to new technologies. Fairly flexible hours where I can take off for parts of the day if needed for various needs (dr. appointment, family activity,...).
Cons
The work/life balance can be focused more on work and less life. The culture of the company, or at least the area I work in, is to put as many hours in a week towards work as possible and maintaining a life outside of work is not encouraged at all.
