Business Outlook
Pros
Promotion from within and solid benefits for working part time or full time. Any one can be promoted as high as Director or above if they have the right attitude and don't mind moving around the country. A degree is still not required to be promoted to Operations Manager, that opens the door far and wide to most anyone.
Cons
Bad senior managers can't move to escape being possibly terminated so they are stuck at current stations to make life terrible for operators and hourly employees. Sometimes Directors are brought in just to fill a quota and are not qualified to lead a district. The district fails because of quotas and not having stringent guidelines for promotion to Director level.
