Pros
Everyone is nice and supportive to help you to land a job. The job opportunities are good expect that you are a contractor.
Cons
This company will really make you second-guess yourself. They put you through endless rounds of unnecessary mock interviews and training just to secure a job. And just because you get a FDM offer doesn't mean it ends there. You'll face even more interviews and assessments while barely making ends meet on minimum wage before you're placed. Think twice before joining. Some consultant have waited for more than half year to land a placement and only to be sent back after two months. Avoid if you want job security.
