Pros
I have left FDM last year but here is FDM in a nut shell. - The company is good if you are willing to do whatever it takes to get your first job.
Cons
- Must be flexible in relocating in any part of the country. - Pushed into job roles that you know nothing about. - You are not given a job description when offered opportunities to be put forward for. - Very difficult to book your holidays. - The environment is very much like going back to kinder garden, no flexibility on when you want to take breaks, go lunch, constantly monitored as if you are not trusted. - Your voice/views/opinions are never heard and generally not considered that your opinion maybe worth while. - Low pay. - No garenteed job. - Very policy driven compared to most working environments. This may make you feeling like your controlled far to much and not treated equally amongst other staff.
