Pros
Great culture within the office, it's nice to help people to find work, my major is HR and the experiences here are preparing me for a future career in HR. I have received a lot of cross-training and feel prepared for many jobs in my chosen industry.
Cons
Turnover of temporary employees is very high. Based on workload and expectations, pay rate for internal office employees is extremely low - I couldn't afford not to have a second job. There aren't many PAID promotions, you basically just get given more work and are expected to do it but you will be paid the same. Working here is very stressful because of the high temp employee turnover and the drama behind it...I don't feel like I get paid enough to have to take work home with me.
