No technicality at all, as they low technical company average people there see themselves as gurus, so you will find showy people all over the place. CM position is a fraud, they only judge and will not defend you fully if it gonna be against their managers or other CMs, as they see themselves always right and the employee must prove he is right. People work with no emotions, as they see it as business is business and customers always right, even if that will be on the cost of their employee. No overtime but they ask you to work overtime with the dream of being rated high to get better raise, and most probably wont happen. CMs are just echos of the management they dont think and they wont help you in most critical cases. They follow the customer religiously, as they follow their calendar. Vacation balance doesn't transfer to the next year if you still has balance EoY and wont be compansated. And they will blame you that you didnt use it. No benefits at all and they wont believe you when u say so as they see themselves they have good packages. Very bad medical insurance, very poor dental and optical coverage and most of requests for medicine refunds are rejected. They claim to have development plans, but actually you who create and execute and follow it by yourself and they just heck on you and judge you on it with no mentorship nor proper guidance Have zero flexibility and even if you stayed 6 years in the company, they will treat you with zero flexibility No bonuses and poor profit share if exist as once profit share was 1000 egp and can be no profit share
