A good ambiance of working. The workmates are great. Everybody likes to share their experiences & knowledge with the others. A lot of opportunities and challenges can be given by the company. And easy to chang the job perimeter in this company
Cons
The new CEO's job is to have a great financial report of the company in order to sell it, so the employee cannot have a correct promotion or bonus currently. And the company currently try to find all the possible excuse to make the employee resign to avoid the dismissal pay.
