We are pleased that you view our flexible working as a benefit as we have worked hard to promote this and have recently altered our core hours to allow a greater level of flexibility for employees who may have other commitments outside of work. The company’s Staff Performance and Development Review is not linked to pay awards due to the fact that greater focus has been placed on career progression, training and development and awareness of objectives and behaviours. The team leaders within our Derby office have recently received a series of Management training workshops during which they have appreciated the importance of meeting targets whilst also focussing on motivation and engagement, teamwork and coaching.
