Our Training and Development Manager regularly delivers a number of different courses on a weekly basis and these are open to all employees. We are proud of our newly developed Training portal where employees can review future training for the weeks ahead. Our Staff Performance and Development Review procedure also focusses on career development and training needs and retention is an important topic discussed at our Great Place to Work meetings.
