Pros

highly people orientated, managers and employees are generally great people. great working culture. full of talented people who like to work together. Best company I've ever worked for

Cons

nature of work, flexibility, etc can be restricted at times, as is probably true of most consultancy firms who are often bound by the work required by their clients. Have found that expleo are very flexible in their thinking towards these things but sometimes hands are tied due to client needs.
