      The work-life balance is good. The salary is pretty good

      Cons

      The application I worked on lacked competent and quality maintenance; things were not handled seriously. There was a lot of instability, sudden layoffs (my case), and poor management.

      Pros

      The role is primarily remote, offering great flexibility. Many of the engineers are highly supportive, and having access to mentorship at this early stage of my career has been invaluable.
