Pros
Relatively high base salary. Easy to do limited amounts of work if you have decent enough accounts.
Cons
It's a bit of a mess still at Eviden. Many people were brought in to be part of an agile, growing company (Eviden) that was to spin off from Atos. Instead, everyone has been brought back in fully under the Atos umbrella. So that means you have all the drawbacks of working for a slow moving 50k+ company. And limited advantages of that, as Atos has been in a financial mess for several years now. There are very long drawn out processes that slow everything down. The sales approval process to get an SOW to a client will take 3-4 weeks if everything goes well. There is basically STILL a travel ban in place, so you can't visit clients ot go to conferences (they will say that has been lifted, but every single travel request gets denied for anyone below the exec level). It is almost impossible to get a new logo, as the Atos name is mud. There have been numerous rounds of layoffs over the last 2 years, and many of the top delivery talent has left. And finally, while the base pay is great, the OTE is relatively low, as almost all the sales team have no chance at hitting quota (and the payout terms are not favorable).
