      Work life balance was ok but that is because clients are leaving and hesitant to start new projects because of the financial challenges.

      Cons

      Constant leadership changes, acquisitions still operating separately, no raises, no bonuses, lack of diversity, too many leaders, lack of projects, benefits are more expensive than the market, constant quiet lay offs, time off includes sick time.

      The role is primarily remote, offering great flexibility. Many of the engineers are highly supportive, and having access to mentorship at this early stage of my career has been invaluable.
