Ego is going to be Eviden's downfall. - Consultant Eviden Employee Review

Eviden used to be part of French IT consultancy Atos. However, Atos was bogged down by bureaucracy, bloat, and exec-level ego. One hand rarely knew what the other was doing, and it eventually impacted the bottom line and forced the company to split. And thus, Eviden was born. Eviden was supposed to be a fresh start, but many of the issues that existed at Atos transferred to Eviden. A lot of those issues stem from an upper-level leadership team that is so disconnected from reality it hurts. This company is also not a welcoming environment for women -- especially women in leadership. The leadership team was 90% male, and since the layoffs that occurred within the last year, there are even fewer women in leadership positions. Thanks to poor leadership, Eviden is not a company that's long for this world, but the people paying the price aren't the executives who're making the poor decisions -- it's the people at the bottom.
